The rolling rhythms and changing light upon Ontario’s most beautiful geological landform, the Niagara Escarpment is her inspiration. Susan paints pure, watercolour landscapes and she considers herself a visual scribe of our natural and pastoral areas.
Focusing on her new collection, Sue has been working on her series of Goddesses, the female nude. Her belief is that art can effect positive environmental change through the power of its imagery.
In 2009 she received the Artisan of the Year from the Hills of the Headwaters Tourism Association. She was recently one of 106 women who showed work at a special International Women Celebrate! Art .
